Julianne is an out of network provider for all insurances.* We give a super bill after every session which may allow you to receive reimbursement through your out of network benefits.
This means that you are in control of your care and not your insurance company. We can spend our time on care and not on justifying our need to continue to your insurance company.*While we are credentialed with Medicare, we are not currently accepting new patients.

Many insurance policies offer out of network benefits which means you may be able to submit the superbill I provide to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend that you call your insurance company to check your benefits.
See our Out of Network Worksheetfor a list of questions to ask your insurance company when you call to check your out of network benefits.

While it is hard to predict how long change will take, if you aren't feeling any differently after 4-6 visits, we need to re-tool what we are doing! I prefer to see my patients every 1-3 weeks, so that 4-6 visits will be spread over 1-2 months.

While Julianne is credentialed with Medicare, she is not currently accepting new Medicare or Medicare Advantage patients.
Medicare pays less than half of my rate AND does not allow me to accept cash payment from Medicare Enrollees.
Call your Representatives and Senators and ask them to allow physical therapists to opt out of Medicare! Read more.

Our first visit is a time to establish our relationship. I will listen to your story and ask questions. Together, we will decide on a plan of care and treatments. You will leave the first day with something to do at home.

Come prepared to move! Shorts with a loose waist and a tank work best. I have a space heater, so don’t worry about being too cold.

There is NEVER any requirement to do an internal exam. I will empower you to understand when an exam is indicated and what information we will get from an exam. You always are the boss of your own care, therefore, you choose when and if we do an internal exam.
