You deserve to feel better.
About Julianne Simpson, PT, DPT
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specialized in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy who is passionate about empowering people to understand their bodies and live healthy, movement-rich lives. With a trauma-informed lens, experience, current research, and an understanding of my patients, I craft personalized treatment plans that get at the source of your issue.
Originally from Massachusetts, I migrated to the big trees, water, and mountains of Washington 20+ years ago. After first careers in lighting design then recruiting, I found my true home as a Physical Therapist. I love this work and I’d love to share it with you.
I love spending time outside of work with my husband and two kids, lifting kettlebells, cross country skiing, cycling, being on the water (SUP, surf, skimboard), cooking, seeing live music, and traveling. I dream of raising my children to be kind, cycling over the Alps, and surfing in Alaska.
The Pelvic Lens
As a pelvis-focused Doctor of Physical Therapy, I see human movement through a pelvic lens. The pelvis is the center of our body and center of the movement system. If the pelvis is dysfunctional, there are often other movement problems in the neck, jaw, knees, or ankles. I strive to put the puzzle pieces together and get to the root source of the problem. Often I can treat that root problem, other times we collaborate with other providers and give referrals.
About Circle Physical Therapy
I founded Circle Physical Therapy in 2021 to create a space of freedom: free to be myself, free from productivity standards, free from insurance company restrictions, and most importantly, free to treat my patients how they needed to be treated. Here at Circle Physical Therapy I get to be myself and I hope you do too.
Circle Physical Therapy + FUELhouse
As I was starting Circle Physical Therapy in 2021, connections led me to FUELhouse Gym and the FUELhouse Collective. This amazing place quickly became my home. Here I practice side by side with amazing colleagues of a variety of disciplines: massage therapy, mental health therapy, physical therapy, personal trainers, and coaches. You benefit from these connections via a quick consult with or a referral to my awesome colleagues.
