Do you take insurance?
Julianne is an out of network provider for all insurances (except Traditional Medicare). This means that you are in control of your care and not your insurance company. We can spend our time on care and not on justifying our need to continue to your insurance company.
What does out of network mean?
I do not bill insurance (except Traditional Medicare) and many insurance policies offer out of network benefits. This means you may be able to submit the superbill I provide to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend that you check your out of network benefits if you are planning on using them.

Do you bill Medicare? What about Medicare Advantage plans?
If you have Traditional Medicare with or without a supplement, wonderful. I bill Medicare.
If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, that's not so great. I DO NOT contract with Medicare Advantage plans. Medicare is complicated and Medicare Advantage plans are especially complicated. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, I will not be able to treat you; I am sorry to say. If you switch back to traditional Medicare, I'd be happy to treat you. Open enrollment for Medicare Advantage is January 1- March 31 each year.
How much does a visit cost?
I charge $200/ session for physical therapy and $175 for wellness and fitness coaching. While I appreciate paying my full fee, I also offer sliding scale pricing and won’t turn you away if you can’t afford to pay.
Do you offer any discounts?
I offer two discount packages:
- 8 Pack Physical Therapy - save $15/ session
- 4 Pack Physical Therapy - save $10 per session
Each package is good for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How many visits will it take to feel better?
While it is hard to predict how long change will take, if you aren't feeling any differently after 4-6 visits, we need to re-tool what we are doing! I prefer to see my patients every 1-3 weeks, so that 4-6 visits will be spread over 1-2 months.
Do you offer telehealth?
Absolutely! We use a HIPAA secure platform and charge the same rate as an in-person visit.
